The High Rise Advisory Council supports the Texas Legislative Action Committee (TLAC) in public policy reform and education. TLAC is the public policy voice of community associations and the professionals who serve them. TLAC is the voice for millions of Texas Condominium homeowners who want to preserve the value of their homes-- the greatest asset most Texans will purchase in their lifetime. TLAC volunteers serve as the voice of CAI (Community Association Institute) on legislative and regulatory matters.
